Great news for Hubby. As of this morning, they are officially SOLD OUT! I can't even begin to tell you how much he has hated that site.
While I will admit that his Purchasers are absolute scorchers, he has yet to learn how to shut it out. I only let my kids and one brother make me nuts ... certainly not silly Purchasers I may never see again in my life.
They've got a few more weekends to handle 9 rentals that got dumped on them from another project, but essentially he is done. His most fervent wish is to NEVER sell in Upper Thornhill/Richmond Hill again any time soon.
He's itching for us to go down to Dunedin for a week of Spring Training. Considering it ....

The last time I was in Trenton it was indeed a dilapidated farmhouse (sorta) and quite possibly contained a number of cannibals. I know I was tired and didn't dare close my eyes.
I have to include that it was many years ago, it might have gotten civilized since then.
