I'm a little sniffly and teary-eyed.

Avery is moving out. Next weekend.
He's moving in with his dad, which is a good thing. Hopefully a good thing for both of them long term, and not just until his dad and his ex get back together.

In retrospect, I kind of knew something was up when he went on a major room cleaning binge last week - for the first time in 18 months.

I've had this happen - can you take benedryl? It helps with the reaction. If it's still really swollen tomorrow or gets worse in another way definitely consider going to the doctor. I'll wait on ANY body part to heal on its own but eyes and ears I get checked right away. Hopefully it just gets better though! :)
