So I ended up making reservations at the Harmony Barber Shop for my daughter and niece for our trip. I signed them up for the first haircut package, which is much more reasonably priced than I thought. Should be fun for them!

We did the first haircut package for my son. It was great. Wish we knew about if when the older kids were younger.

back from the parade! it was shorter this year, fewer beads, but better candy! here's a few pics. The theme was let the games roll, so you'll recognize some classic games.

The highlight of the parade was the last cart. It would stop every once in a while and bounce up and down while the Darth Vader theme played and fog blasted out through the bottom. It was pretty cool.

They did a similar thing to Fenway last winter too. Me, I stayed down here in the sunshine!

That gives me a great idea. The pitcher should stand at the top of the slope, kind of like a taller mound, and pitch from there. The downward trajectory would spice up the sport more!

I'm actually a skier. I know how to skateboard and can sorta surf, but snowboarding I rage quit.
