My daughter won't stop asking me what we're going to do with our Powerball winnings. Actually - @JenniferS - she wants to give some money to people that are starving in Africa - so can we send it with your Aunt so she can personally oversee what it's put towards? That would make my daughter very happy.

Eli has really improved under his watch and we are also getting Joe Philbin as OC, but I don't know how McAdoo will be in a larger role. I feel like it could be more of the same and that is troubling. I would have preferred McAdoo to stay as OC and have them bring in someone like Lovie as head coach to get some fresh eyes involved with the final decisions during the game.

As you probably know, McAdoo was the QBs coach for the Packers. I don't know that much about him, as he wasn't with us that long, but he's obviously a good coach to get the promotions he's been getting. As for Joe Philbin, he's a very good coordinator. He might not be the leader one needs to be as head coach, but he was a great OC for the Packers.

Philbin's time with the Packers as OC is why I'm excited to see what he can do.
I hated to see him leave. He's a great offensive mind, and the chemistry him and McAdoo probably have already will be good.
