Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

The Bond films are fun. Think I like some of the older ones the best: Goldfinger ('64), Live and Let Die ('73), and Casino Royale ('67). In the original Casino Royale, I prefer David Niven as 007, over Daniel Craig, (from the 2006 remake). However, in the 2006 version, Daniel Craig sure looked good in his tuxedo. ;)

I've never seen any James Bond movies but I do enjoy seeing James Bond in a tux.

Jurassic World Chris Pratt isn't my type.

I thought Jurassic World Chris Pratt was EVERYONE'S type. *swoons*

Ugh! We were supposed to go see Star Wars again on the IMAX screen yesterday, but then my friend's 93 year old mom broke her arm last week, and she needed me to take her to the fracture clinic for follow up on Monday. No prob.

Rescheduled the movie for today. Yesterday however, the clinic cancelled all appointments due to icy roads, and re-booked her appointment for Wednesday. No prob.

My friend calls this morning to tell me she goofed. The appointment is for today at 2:00. Buh-bye Star Wars. Hubby can't go tonight - basketball game. Or tomorrow - work. Or Thursday - work. And the theatre's website does not list any showings for Friday, leading me to believe another movie will be taking over that IMAX screen.

So, unless I go solo (no pun intended), I'm not going to see it on that screen again. Like I said, ugh!

Either:

1. Go solo.

-OR-

2. I can be there in about 10 hours - what time is it playing tomorrow?

That Florida condo is quickly slipping away. Since we started looking, prices have rebounded 30-40% (although still way below historic highs), and the CAD has dipped from 91 cents to below 70 cents.

Essentially, the price has almost doubled. Looks like we'll have to be Florida renters; which can work just fine too.

In the meantime, we're considering investing in one or two mega-cheap local condos to sell/give to the kids when they're done school. The way prices are escalating week over week, the dream of home ownership for the next generation is quickly evaporating. And unless I want them to live me forever :hilarious::hilarious:, they're going to need some help.

There's a lot to be said for renting a condo down there. When we leave, we just lock the door and go - no taxes, fees, management companies or whatever to deal with til next year. The company we rent from knows we are good tenants and keep the place clean and undamaged, so they are very good to us too. It's nice to be appreciated!

I moved out a week early and had the place professionally cleaned to preserve my reputation.
