I really like this.

I went to Auburn, but they were not a very good team this year.

And what the heck is The Birmingham Bowl? It's like a participation trophy for Little League.

Since you participated in Little League, here's a trophy for you too.
Yesterday was the "Military Bowl" and today is the "Armed Forces Bowl."

Last Thursday was the 2nd "Popeye's Bahamas Bowl." They reported attendance of 13,000-something both years but the crowds looked like a small fraction of that.

Is there any sound that can get you out of bed faster than the sound of a dog, under the covers, way at the bottom of the bed, starting to vomit?

I dare say not!

That happened to me just recently. My little sister sleeps in my bed with me and one night last week she wanted one of the dogs to sleep with us. Well, the dog puked in the bed. :hungover:

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

I'm fast! Plus the dog only weighs 7 lbs.
The patio doors are two levels down, but the bathtub is only 20' away. Crisis averted.

Now to figure out why she was sick. The cats barf on the daily. The dog, almost never.

We're looking to explore a couple of National parks, so I'm not sure that a cruise is the right way for us to go.
I know that Royal Caribbean and probably other cruise lines have land and sea packages that give you a few days in Alaska. I had a coworker that did a train and cruise combination where they took a train from somewhere in Canada into Alaska and then cruised back to Washington state. Just a few ideas to look into.

That sounds interesting. Thanks.
