I think Christmas with the Kranks is a cute movie, but hubby doesn't like it at all. I'm hoping to get the tree up tonight and have my first showing of White Christmas. White Christmas is my Titanic, I watch it as much as I can during the holiday season as I only allow myself to watch it during the season. I find my holiday season is getting earlier and earlier.....

Considering what Hubby is selling on 41' and 50' lots in Richmond Hill for $1.5 - $1.9, that Winnetka house on a 1/2 acre lot seems like an absolute bargain....went on the market for $2.4 million via estate agents Coldwell Banker.It eventually sold for $1.58 million which was nearly $1 million less than than the asking price.
The updates and refreshing of the home really work too. Loooove the kitchen.
There's a layout of the first floor in the second link I provided. Those are some pretty generous room sizes. *sigh*
