Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Today is our last full day in FL for this trip, so my sister and her husband took us bird-watching this morning. They know the names of all of them, but DH and I just basically call them "birds". So here's a few shots I took:

Yup. Look like birds to me too.

Yesterday we had breakfast at Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Dolphin. It's a hybrid buffet/table service where you can either order a meal for around $15 or pay $23 for the buffet (less for kids). We chose buffet since coffee was $4 and the buffet includes drinks. The concept is they have buffet stations where they make everything fresh for you. There's an omelet fixins station where you pick your fillings and then take it to the omelet maker and choose cheese and regular eggs or egg whites. Also there is a pancake/waffle/French toast station, a fresh make juice blends station and a carving station with turkey or ham. Then there was serve yourself pastries, muffins, oatmeal, grits, bacon, potatoes, fruit and yogurt. It was really good and I highly recommend it for a relaxing, character free meal.

After breakfast we headed to DHS. It was great to see the theater upon entry. I wish they weren't building a stage right in front of it but it did not detract from the initial view:

I'm not sure who that idiot is in the last two photos. It's almost as if he was annoyed I was too full for RnRC and was trying to ruin my photos.

So the rest of the day went like this:

Waited on a 45 line for GMR that was actually 15. Ride refurb looks great but still wish that first scene moved. Went from there to Star Tours FP - first sequence was Force Awakens. Totally geeked out.
It had battle sequences and the new guy whose name I don't know in the right screen talking to you and also a transmission from BB:8. Really cool.
From there it was still too early for TSMM FP so we did the Muppets and then headed to TSMM. Seeing CMs stationed outside is NEVER a good sign - the ride was down- so we went to have lunch at that Studio Catering Company by Muppets. The brisket sandwich on chianatta with horseradish sauce was surprisingly good. Hubby and I split since breakfast was a food fest. After lunch and a quick play in the HISTA playground I saw on the app that TSMM was back up so we went there. Fun as always. From there it was time for out Indy FP (definitely wanted to go there since it may not be there next time we go). We got the front row and it was a great show. From there back to the resort to relax before dinner at San Angel Inn.

Was it black stormtrooper or the X-Wing pilot?

You know what's funny?
Dinner pics later - gotta get kids breakfast so we can leave at 9 - going to Typhoon Lagoon today. :D

Had to post these though - can't believe the sign was necessary. It sticks out like a sore thumb and looks ridiculous.

Maybe that version of the sign is temporary until they can make a proper one to fit the theming. They did throw it up like the day after the incident.

Dinner at San Angel Inn - I copied the descriptions from the menu online since they are way too complicated to remember:

Tostados de Tinga - pulled chicken seasoned with roasted tomato and chipotle pepper, served on tostadas with black refried beans, green tomatillo sauce, queso fresco and sour cream
image.jpeg

Tlacoyos de Chilorio - corn cakes topped with black refried beans, pork chilorio, queso fresco, sour cream and green tomatillo sauce
image.jpeg

Lomo de Puerco en Salsa Verde - pork in roasted green sauce and poblano peppers, served with corn-potato esquites puree, melted cheese and nopalesimage.jpeg

My son's churritos:

Typhoon Lagoon was great. Empty! It was low 80s and just perfect. We got back to the room, took showers and did some homework and are headed out to Cape May in a bit. I rescheduled our MK morning fast passes for EPCOT after dinner so we will either do that or head back to Downtown Disney so the kids can go to DQ. Fill you in later!!
