I'm out to watch the news.
Police supposedly storming the concert hall now.
Tweets coming from a man claiming to be inside the hall saying he's hurt bad, on the second floor, and lots of people are dead.
Also saw a video from what looks to be inside the hall, with lots of people hurt, and other trying to help. A couple of men with shirts off, most likely using them to tend to the wounded. Lots of blood everywhere in the video, along with screaming in the background.

Reports from police now that the concert hall storming is over. Tho two attackers in there are dead.
Were there only two? I heard there were 6 or 8.

The reports I am seeing on TV say 2 in the concert hall, and that they are dead....but that could change of course.
I'm also now hearing hostage siege is now over.

Just got back from seeing The Peanuts Movie.
It was so heart-breakingly innocent and steeped in nostalgia, that it was the perfect antidote to the horrible news splashed all over the media right now.
If you grew up reading the strip, you will probably agree that they nailed it! A little too much Snoopy/Red Baron for me - but I never overly cared for that story arc in the comics either.

Packing up to leave the island 
. We'll be at my sisters for a few nights, then headed back to reality Tuesday night. It actually cooled off to 70 overnight, but will be back in the mid 80's by noon.
As far as I know, Goofyernmost was coming back on a TransAtlantic cruise, so he should be far away from the madness in France now.

Same here. It was eerily quiet at work last night. Guests, employees, everyone just standing around watching the news as it unfolded.
