Thankfully once I really started to text, I traded in my flip phone for the iPhone 5 - for just that reason.

Yes, I know, I'm just teasing. Ask @JenniferS! Common practice in the states with Companies that don't have to be open is mostly when the holiday falls on or near the weekend. If it's Thursday then Thur. Fri. Sat. and Sun. are off. If Friday it's Fri. Sat. Sun. Same if it's on Saturday would cut it down to Friday, Sat. and Sun. If on Sunday, it usually ends up being Sat. Sun and Mon. Mileage may vary from company to company and it really depends on not being a service industry. They just barely get one day off, holiday or no! BTW... if it falls on Wednesday you are out of luck... One day and back to work. So we all lived and died based on the Calendar.

Who wears whities anymore? Everything I own can go in the washer at the same time. Energy and Environment saving sacrifices that I am happy to make to leave a better world for my grandchildren. However, I have found that in the past that pink underwear goes with my eyes. A real chick magnet.:oops:
