Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

It brought me more Muppets and X-Files. So I'm fine with it for now.

Arrow starts off fun, then when they gave The Flash his spinoff all the good writers seemed to move over there. Now they are making 2 more shows and are trying to be like the Marvel MCU for TV.

I couldn't figure out what Arrow is supposed to be about - is he a modern day Robin Hood?

There is a new one? They really are rebooting everything.

The new one is done too. It ran for six seasons, 08-13.
Yes, Hubby tried to get into that one too, but he said it wasn't very good. (You know 'cause the first one was so awesome. Not. :banghead: )

Yeah like Jennifer said, it went off the air probably 2 years ago. Apparently I was the only person who cared about Naomi, Adrianna, Liam, Silver (the grown up Erin baby that was Kelli's mom and David Silver's dad's baby - she went by her last name only), Dixon, Annie...and Dixon and Annie's divorced parents who were Aunt Becky and the guy from that really bad flashy cop show that got killed and playing goal in a hockey game because some guy pulled a gun on a breakaway.

I watch a lot of bad TV.

SILK STALKINGS - the dad was the guy from Silk Stalkings. Wow that was bothering me.

I don't watch any scripted TV now. Only "reality". Deadliest Catch, Inkmaster, Survivor. If the Mets, Jets or Rangers are playing I watch that. Or any other NFL game. So it leaves little TV watching time for much else.

Since Seinfeld went off the air I just watch sports. And the History Channel, to stay informed about Alien Nazi Antique Hunters and whatnot.
All I can figure with the History channel is that the Hitler family is getting residual checks from them. It's Hitler, all day, every day. Now I don't think that what happened back then should ever be forgotten, there is a lot of more recent history that could be covered as well. Almost no one that participated in WWII is alive now. Where's Vietnam? Where's Korea? Where's the Gulf War? How about Granada, that was a biggy. How about the Civil Rights movement, the war on drugs, the war on poverty? Those aren't even over yet.

I'd rather they go in the opposite direction from WW2, and cover things that are long over and therefore not so controversial. Except for the Boston Tea Party of course.

That was one of my pet peeves when in High School. I know I'm old, but, what happened in Ancient Egypt was of little to no concern of mine I can honestly say that in my 67 years, the subject has never come up even once. I got out of High School in 1966 and we never even got all the way through the Civil War. That is a lot of missed information that was relevant to the world that we lived in lost to some never heard of Pharaoh. According to my Grandson, they are still insisting on staying with that process. There comes a time when only a light dusting of that stuff is worthwhile, detail... not so much.
Since I just mentioned it I guess I have to change that to "it has come up once", right here.
