I hate Kk.
That's the one I get from the kids all the time. That, and ight!
Kk isn't common among college students around here. I remember it being a thing in middle school, but that was more around chat rooms and instant messaging. It's actually frowned upon to type K among certain people because it's considered the "conversation killer", and slightly rude. For example, my friends and I never use it. Ok or okay are much more acceptable, but are usually followed up by something else. But when I text my family members K is acceptable. It's weird.

Wouldn't Aluminum fall into the same catagory. Glass though is really not much more then melted sand.
Gold is the only metal that doesn't rust, even if it's buried in the ground for thousands of years.
Great, now I know were to hide my stash of bullion.
Your tongue is the only muscle in your body that is attached at only one end.
That explains why it won't stop wagging.
If you stop getting thirsty, you need to drink more water. When a human body is dehydrated, its thirst mechanism shuts off.
OMG, I'm not at all thirsty right now and I though it was because I just drank some water. Get me more, James.
Zero is the only number that cannot be represented by Roman numerals.
When you think about it no one needs to count to zero. No need.
Kites were used in the American Civil War to deliver letters and newspapers.
Even the New York Times Sunday edition? How big was that kite?
The song, Auld Lang Syne, is sung at the stroke of midnight in almost every English-speaking country in the world to bring in the new year.
And it isn't even English.
Drinking water after eating reduces the acid in your mouth by 61 percent.
Probably even more if you drink a lot.
Peanut oil is used for cooking in submarines because it doesn't smoke unless it's heated above 450F.
Also to keep the peanut's from squeaking and interfering with sonar.
The roar that we hear when we place a seashell next to our ear is not the ocean, but rather the sound of blood surging through the veins in the ear.
Unless the animal inside it is still there, then you hear it scream to put it down.
Nine out of every 10 living things live in the ocean.
A lot of dead things live there too, including offending mob members.
The banana cannot reproduce itself. It can be propagated only by the hand of man.
Which begs the question... What came first the banana or the hand?
Airports at higher altitudes require a longer airstrip due to lower air density.
Sure, but, they also don't have to fall so far to crash.
The University of Alaska spans four time zones.
All of them in the 1890's.
The tooth is the only part of the human body that cannot heal itself.
Try cutting off a hand and see how fast it heals itself and grows back.
In ancient Greece , tossing an apple to a girl was a traditional proposal of marriage. Catching it meant she accepted.
If she throws it back it means that she was just teasing.
Warner Communications paid 28 million for the copyright to the song Happy Birthday.
I wonder what they do with it. Is it framed?
Intelligent people have more zinc and copper in their hair.
The real intelligent ones have a lot less hair to keep it in.
A comet's tail always point away from the sun.
Which would also mean that they are always heading toward the sun. Good to know!
The Swine Flu vaccine in 1976 caused more death and illness than the disease it was intended to prevent.
One of Gerry Fords legacies.
Caffeine increases the power of aspirin and other painkillers, that is why it is found in some medicines.
In some people, like myself, it also increases the gag reflex.
The military salute is a motion that evolved from medieval times, when knights in armor raised their visors to reveal their identity.
That usually happened just before someone stuck them in the eye with a spear.
If you get into the bottom of a well or a tall chimney and look up, you can see stars, even in the middle of the day.
Only if a rock from above hits you on the head.
When a person dies, hearing is the last sense to go. The first sense lost is sight.
Does that still apply if you are beheaded?
In ancient times strangers shook hands to show that they were unarmed.
Then they would proceed to stab you with their left hands.
Strawberries are the only fruits whose seeds grow on the outside.
Seems like a birth defect.
Avocados have the highest calories of any fruit at 167 calories per hundred grams.
Thankfully, I don't like Avocados.
The moon moves about two inches away from the Earth each year.
Orbits are oval shaped, measuring it would require some really sophisticated measuring devices, if true.
The Earth gets 100 tons heavier every day due to falling space dust.
Heck it has that much gain just at McDonalds.
Due to earth's gravity it is impossible for mountains to be higher than 15,000 meters.
That's over 49000 feet. Perhaps it never really tried?
Mickey Mouse is known as "Topolino" in Italy.
Isn't that oddly like the name of the little mouse that was on the Ed Sullivan Show.
Soldiers do not march in step when going across bridges because they could set up a vibration which could be sufficient to knock the bridge down.
They must have had some very bad bridge engineers.
Everything weighs one percent less at the equator.
Not worth the trip!
For every extra kilogram carried on a space flight, 530 kg of excess fuel are needed at lift-off.
And most of that would be to get the fuel in flight.
The letter J does not appear anywhere on the periodic table of the elements.
That's cause J is just a letter and not an element.
 And last but not least:
It certainly is!

Sorry for the silliness, I guess I was just in a mood.
