Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

I'm hoping I can get Davante Adams in one of the later rounds. With Nelson's injury, I think he'll have a huge breakout year.
The last good breakout pick I made was Lacy who became my RB1 that year. I just drafted him a round earlier than projected to ensure I didn't get beat to it.

As long as Josh Gordon isn't involved in the conversation, I'd scan the fantasy football section on reddit too for ideas.

There's a new thread on Wishes. I had completely forgotten this but I saw Fantasy in the Sky just a few weeks before they replaced it with Wishes. I don't remember anything about it.

Food pics from last night. Not too much commentary. If you've seen the show, it doesn't vary much, and the food varies not at all.

Pretend this is a picture of niblet corn.
And dessert:

Dessert was good, but the cake was too sweet. You can see the chunks of sugar baked on to the top.
Luckily, after one or two people had dug in, the cake kind of toppled, and I was able to eat the bottom layer primarily, with no one being the wiser. I was in stealth mode last night.

Gen had a blast with the washboard of all things.
Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise - meh!, but the washboard and spoon rocked. *shrug

This morning was Animal Kingdom. We we were there by 9:00.
Ski, of course, had to examine every bug being displayed by the CM's in the Oasis. Me, I'd happily crunch every single one of them beneath my heel.

Which leads us right into It's Tough To Be A Bug, which we walked right on. Gen had a bum seat though, no stinger, no rolly things under her butt. :(

Next up were our FP's for EE. Great ride. Gen especially liked it. Much like Space Mountain, my back objected to the first lurch when the train grabs the chain on the initial lift hill.

image.jpg
From there, we crossed back to Africa to use our FP's for FotLK. Unfortunately we were a solid 10-15 minutes early.
No worries, says the CM, you can go right in to the 10:00 show, and switch your FastPass for something else.

You don't have to tell me twice. :joyfull:
Festival of the Lion King was amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect, but had booked it entirely based on @Cesar R M's glowing recommendation. I knew Gen would love it, even if the rest of us hated it. As it was, we all really enjoyed it.
It brought a tear to my eye though, to see such a joyful portrayal of African life, whereas I know from Auntie that it is pretty gritty and harsh for more than half of the continent's population. But I digress.

Backtrack time again to cash in the FP I booked while in FotLK.
Dinosaur. Gen liked that one too. And so she should, it's still a pretty cool ride.

After leaving Dinosaur, we walked through this travesty:

image.jpg
image.jpg

If you didn't know the finger quote "back story" to Chester and Hester's, you would think that Disney cheaper out and installed two really lame off-the-shelf carnival type rides and a bunch of almost-never-played carnival type games on the least maintained pavement anywhere on Disney property.

But we in-the-know types know so much better.

On the plus side, with Primeval Hurl being down, the whole are was so much quieter.

Snack time. Four of these please:
image.jpg

Our final FP's were for KS.
You've l seen the pics a hundred times. I hardly took any, but here are one or two anyway.

image.jpg
image.jpg
(There are 5 or 6 giraffe in there if my memory serves; although you'd never know by that there pic.)

And of course:
image.jpg
image.jpg

So, I'd say we did pretty good. We hit 4 of the 5 (in my opinion) headliners, plus the movie, plus a snack.
It was too hot to do any of the trails. Hottest day here so far.
In by 9:00, out by 12:30. We could have squeezed in a second EE, if we'd done stand-by first, then FP. Ditto Dinosaur. Problem was, no one really wanted to. We just wanted to eat and then swim. So that's what we did.

More later.

No matter how many times I will ride KS, I will take around 100 pictures every time I ride.

I assume you skipped the free alcohol? Was the show still funny?
Hubby had a couple of Yeungling. Ski, too young to drink in the U.S. (doesn't drink anyway); Gen too young in either country; I had iced tea.

Show still funny. Saw it just last November, at which time, the 3-line Frozen joke absolutely had the audience howling! No Frozen joke last night, but there were a lot of little kids in stitches, which also made the adults laugh more.

One of the Pioneer Players (cute guy in yellow), could barely contain his laughter a couple of times, which of course, made it even funnier, as Six-Bits wouldn't let him get his timing and straight face back.

Here's what Touring Plans says:

Each FastPass+ ride reservation lasts for an hour (reservation windows for shows may be shorter). Thus, if you make a FastPass+ reservation to ride Space Mountain at 7:30 PM, you have until 8:30 PM to use it, or change it to something else. Just like a restaurant reservation, your FastPass+ may be canceled if you don't show up on time. (In practice, you can usually be up to 5 minutes early or 15 minutes late to use your FastPass+ reservation. Our Disney World touring plan software knows this, and takes advantage of it occasionally.)

We were always able to go 5 minutes early. I don't remember if we ever tried the extra 15 minutes. As you say it's probably best not to count on it.

We frequently arrived at rides late (up to the 15 minute mark) on our trip last month and always got through.

Was it the super skinny six bitts with the glasses?

Out of all the yummy food pics, somehow the thing that stuck out the most to me was the stick of butter. :hungry:
