Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

@trr1 , We are experiencing a 30 minute wait to be seated at Bird in Hand Family Restaurant and Smorgasbord. We walked in the door at 3:05pm. I chose that because it is AFTER Lunch and yet BEFORE Dinner. I had HOPED that this strategy would allow us to be seated immediately but alas we are on a waiting list anyway. View attachment 887359

When the weather gets cooler, the job of taking care of the household laundry becomes more time consuming. Folks who for months wore shorts...they are now wearing pants/jeans. Light weight short sleeve shirts are replaced with long sleeve shirts.
I don't think it changes much for me. My husband and son wear t-shirts all year round, and my daughter usually wears outfits for a couple of days before she puts them in the laundry, unless she's gotten them dirty or been particularly sweaty. We usually do layers and the sweater vests don't need to be washed every time we wear them. My biggest thing is that my husband likes to take baths and watch his tv series, and he showers every morning, so he'll go through 2 towels a day, where I don't need to wash my hair every day, so I don't have to actually shower every day. I can just use a washcloth every other day. But I usually have to do 2-3 loads of laundry per day anyway. Between 4 adults clothing every day, towels, bedding, etc....there's a lot of laundry all year round.

I enjoy doing laundry. Yeah, I said it.
I enjoy making the bed too.

Don’t mind washing dishes by hand or loading the dishwasher … hate drying, and hate putting dishes away even more.
Please come make my bed for me! And I HATE doing dishes, but don't mind drying them or putting them away. My husband and I agreed before we got married that he'd do dishes because that's the one chore I HATE and do yardwork, because I have allergies, burn easily, and am a notorious plant killer. And he hates laundry/ironing, so I agreed to do that. Unfortunately, he hasn't stuck to our deal. He hasn't done the yardwork for about 18 years, and he gave the dishes to A. And if A doesn't get it done or can't fit everything in one load, it's usually me who gets stuck with it.

Extra laundry is a small price for me to pay, for glorious colder weather!!! Bring it on!! :joyfull::joyfull::joyfull:
Sweater weather!!!!! I LOVE wearing sweaters, and cozy PJs, and blankets. Right now, I've got my Stitch PJs on, with a Stitch sweatshirt, and Stitch fuzzy socks, and I've got a nice fuzzy blanket over my legs and E and I are watching Pride and Prejudice for about the 500th time while I catch up here and she works on some reports for school. (Analytical Methods in Organic Chemistry, and Atomic and Molecular Structure) Hence watching something we know backwards and forwards...we don't have to pay strict attention while we work on our various projects.

My new thing might be playing Irish music while working

My cousin has adopted that as her theme song.

She was born and raised in Galway, and lives there still, has black hair and blue eyes, so we let her away with it. The song is always played at family gatherings, and we all dance rowdily to it.

Needless to say, I've stood in the square where that video was.filmed.
