When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I haven’t seen them yet.
They always “look” good, but sometimes the execution is a swing and a miss.
Except for booze, we’ve always used snack credits and DDP credits, so when the stuff is bad or meh, it doesn’t hurt as much as if we’d paid OOP.
Tonight I've gone down a rabbit hole of watching Kelly Clarkson videos from her Vegas residency. Seeing her in concert is a bucket list item for me. One of the best singers of all-time. No hyperbole. Anyway, in this one she brought her kids on stage, and they're hilarious. Her son's dance moves are a whole vibe, especially at 1:25.

Yesterday, Pop needed some assistance in regard to acquiring a used tire and wheel for his decrepitly aging 1970 Chevy Camper Special pickup.
Our “hunt”
for the above said setup brought us to the below pictured establishment…nothin’ says “Texas” and “Redneck” quite like used tires & wheels and guns…!!!!!

There are two things we wait for every August... our schedules and class lists. We got our schedules today, although my team had a little bit of a head start on that since our principal wanted our feedback on things back in July. So we've essentially known ours since then. But I'm wanting my class list. I'm hoping that comes on Monday. Registration closed today, and my principal has meetings all day Tuesday and Wednesday, then the whole morning on Thursday. And I heard she's off next Friday. So logically, to me, the only time for her to work on class lists is Monday.

“I drove to Brantford with Skinny Kitty yowling for 2 of the 2 1/2 hours. The traffic was absolutely brutal!
I had a Zoom job interview from my car.
Went out for lunch with Ski, then took him to Costco to activate the gift membership I bought him for freaking Christmas.
Went to storage to confirm my reservation - good thing, because they had lost my online reservation.
Dropped off Tylenol 1’s to Mike’s sister, then drove home.
Now I have to load the dishwasher, and throw in a load of uniforms for tomorrow.
Not the worst birthday I ever had.”

Not changing the toilet rolls when they need it doesn’t fly in this house…Matthew and I have been trained well…I even did laundry and dishes again earlier today…!!!!!

I mean, they're full of streaks, but he gets maximum points for the thought and the effort.
Naturally, after all that effort, he took his retired backside to the sofa for the rest of the day.
We take what we can get, right??
Thank you for reminding me I need to add Windex to my Walmart order.
