Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

We also have a $4 billion surplus in our stay and could fund all of the referendums that schools are needing. It's not just us... it's hundreds of schools across the state.

We are needing to short-term borrow to stay afloat, which has a high interest rate, and costs tax payers a lot more than just passing the referendum.
Well, hey... keep um dumb, they're easier to con that way. Some of this crap is intentional.

I was notified today that our superintendent does not need to meet with me. In other words, I will not be one that's non-renewed for next year. While I'm glad, I am sad for those that will be cut. It's been such a sad vibe in our district this week. A couple of our teachers resigned last night/this morning, knowing that they weren't going to come back, in order to hopefully save some other positions.

I'm glad you're not getting cut but heartbroken for those getting cut and the kids

I am glad that you won't be cut but it is sad that others will be. I wish people valued education more in our society today.

Relieved to hear that you will still have your job. Yet, as you and others have mentioned, it's sad that others (through no fault of their own), will be cut. :(

Another Disney question... with the promotion of free water parks on your resort check-in day, which water park do you prefer? Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach? I think we'll try to hit one, maybe both if we can. We technically have three check-in days, but we won't have enough time on our arrival day.

Also, I believe we've narrowed down our choice to San Angel Inn, or giving The Boathouse another try without covid and being soaking wet. I gave my dad the task of looking and menus and deciding.

Typhoon Lagoon, wave pool, more relaxing, TROPICAL VIBE, you can make it as relaxing or as thrilling as you want. BB while a nice water park just doesn't feel as nice/special

I like Typhoon Lagoon better for the theming and the water coaster. I like the wave pool at Blizzard Beach better though because it doesn’t have the huge waves of Typhoon. At Blizzard it is easy to combine the water park with mini golf.
