I made the Nabisco chocolate wafer ice box cake today for the first time. One for my mom and a small version for me. Easy peasy and tasty.

Not gonna lie - if my parents were still alive, we would have double bubbled from Day 1. In fact, we would have probably moved them in to our house to further insulate them from the potential hazards of grocery shopping, picking up Rx, banking, etc.

You’re still trending downward from what I understand. So that is good news.Our current provincial state of emergency order expires tomorrow. It is expected to be extended to June 2nd in an emergency sitting of the Legislature tomorrow.
It is what it is. 308 new cases and 35 new deaths reported today.

Today my State saw an increase of 118 coronavirus cases on Monday, which was the smallest increase in 5 days. Not really sure what to think of that. That takes the total number of cases over 6,500. 225 in my State have passed away from the virus. We currently have a stay at home order in place until May 15th. We shall see what the Governor does when that comes about. Regardless of what goes into place, I will still play things safely until I feel comfortable with doing certain things such as going to restaurants and such.Our current provincial state of emergency order expires tomorrow. Today was a small uptick, but yes, generally downward trending.
