We also went over to the Great Heron rookerie that we used to go to before the no-travel orders (it's just over the line in Massachusetts, but if we drove there we'd have to be quarentined for 2 weeks). The leaves are all out on the trees now so it makes it harder to see the nests, but we did see a few herons flying over us, and one fishing in the nearby stream.

Even on 4 hours sleep, I’m still pretty smart. This time, I had Mike take two pieces before I even sat down. (If I were really smart, I’d have given him three; but I digress.)
I warmed up the Montreal smoked meat and melted the Emmental cheese before putting it on the bread and grilling it. I’m sick of cold meat and unmelty cheese.
Still no tomato soup, so you get ketchup.

Our Golden Retriever, Kody, absolutely loved snow too. We had taken her with us to Maine one spring when my daughter was in college there, and there was one patch of snow, about 2 feet long and a foot wide. She found it and lay down in the midlle of it, rolling around and just absolutely overjoyed that she had found it,

The top crust was thin and flaky...you might have been able to tolerate it! The whipped cream helps.

I actually had about half of a DQ Pecan Mudslide tonight. I didn’t take a pic though.

I knew I had to get up at 9:00 for a 9:30 Zoom this morning, so do you think I could fall asleep last night? No siree, Bob. I was watching the clock until 5:00. 
No big deal, I’ll go right back to bed after my Zoom. Nope. Marketing sent out another big eblast at 10:00 am, and I then worked on sending out hundreds of personalized emails, made dozens of calls, and typed up one deal so far (another pending for tomorrow) ... right up until 1:00 am.
But now I’ve got a hot tea, a comfy bed, an electric blanket, and my email alerts are off until morning.
I think I’ll watch a few haircutting or bleach fail videos on YouTube (thank God I’m done with all of that) and then go to sleep early. Ish.
Good night Peeps.
