Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

After dinner, we went back to The Island again!
It was raining hard, but it’s supposed to rain tomorrow as well, and it’s not enjoyable being in the car for 12 hours when you’re all soggy.

We picked up a few gifts for the boys and went back to the moonshine store. Bought apple pie and butter pecan (goes nicely with coffee we were told) for Ski, and cinnamon for Mike.

Unfortunately we have now said our good-byes to @InnKpr and are back in the room with the fireplace going. The plan is to get up and go early ... but not 5:40 early!

Many thanks to @InnKpr for his kindness and hospitality, and we’ll definitely be back. Some of us should co-ordinate and finally have that Sageteer-palooza we’ve been talking about.
Safe travels today - thanks for taking us all along!

And ... we are back in Canada. Still 2 1/2 hours from home, but there’s still something satisfying about entering your own country.

No hassles at the border. We only spent about $350 (of a combined $1600 duty free exemption), so it was a total breeze.
It was great having you guys in town. Why these weeks have to zip by so quickly I'll never know. But it was a blast nonetheless.

Something just occurred to me. We neglected to share Mike's 'Wheel Of Doom' moment of glory from Tuesday night during mini-golf. A moment that, if he saw it, Tiger Woods himself would pause in admiration.

I happened to capture a brief glimpse of the historical moment on camera. Sadly, I clicked a breath too soon, but trust me, it's happening here:

That blue golf ball you see up the way is not halting, but rather hitting that corner wall in a fantastic ricochet. Notice the Wheel Of Doom to Mike's left, and what putting style (if you can zoom and read it) fate had dealt him. While he's intently focused on the lane & hole in the pic, that was not the case when he made the first swing, as his back was completely turned.

I'll let @JenniferS share what happened for Team Canada during that historic moment in our mini-golf rivalry. A moment which will unlikely ever occur again, no matter how hard we try to reenact it.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

With his back to the course, he blindly putted between his legs ... and got a hole in one.

He’s stupid lucky sometimes. How do you think he got me?!?

I'm really enjoying that there is NFL football on both Saturdays and Sundays for a couple weeks here.
I'll take that!

As for this weekend, unless my mind is playing tricks on me, didn't it used to go like:
Saturday 1 AFC wild card game, 1 NFC wild card game
Sunday 1 AFC wild card game, 1 NFC wild card game
