You know what's funny?
I had steak at my wedding and it was awesome. Of course in Texas if you screw up steak you are gonna off a lot of people.
I had chicken at my cousin's wedding and it was delicious. Granted, it was the only option they had, but still really good.

We had oven roasted breaded chicken. It was so moist and flavourful.
Also, shish-kabbob, pierogie, cabbage rolls; plus mashed potatoes (real potatoes mashed by arthritic Ukrainian hands), home made gravy, mixed veg, salad, rolls, relish trays ....
I ixnayed the borscht out of fear of a single drop ruining my gown.

You know what's funny?
My wife is half Filipino so I wore a barong for our wedding. It's a fancy shirt that Filipinos wear at formal events. Way more comfortable than a suit. Plus cooler since our wedding was outdoors (although covered).
Does that count as ethnic?

Yup.
My actual wedding ceremony was at a convent. Dozens of nuns laughing, crying, silently cheering, in the choir loft.
From the first day where we started at DHS and hopped to MK...
I always look for this man in the window since I noticed it a couple trips ago, probably back in 2013.
Then the first rain of the trip, yet still sunny. You can faintly see the rainbow in the background of this picture.
Here's another shot of the rainbow from the alleyway next to Planet Hollywood that leads back to the bathrooms. We were standing under awnings waiting for our ToT FP.
I always look for this man in the window since I noticed it a couple trips ago, probably back in 2013.
