Really enjoying the parade photos--what a great spot you found for viewing it!
Considering how crowded it was right in front of the parade, I didn’t expect to be able to see anything.Really enjoying the parade photos--what a great spot you found for viewing it!
At this point DH and I had decided to head over to Epcot to thank the Phoenicians and watch Illuminations one last time, so we parted ways with DD and family and caught the next monorail. SSE greeted us as we entered with a 35 minute wait, which wasn’t bad and moved right along. It was a little sad to see how badly this needs to be worked on though. Then it was one to World Showcase with a quick stop in Club Cool.

Sometimes a quick-trip is good medicine. Though there's no denying crowds can drain it all out of you. Is your daughter's family staying longer this week? Maybe they'll get some relief after the weekend rush.Anyway, we had a lot of fun all in all, but it was pretty busy here this weekend. Considering this was just kind of a bonus trip from my sister and her husband, and that our daughter and her little family were able to join us for a while, I’d say life is pretty darn good!
They’re flying back to MD tonight. Hopefully the weather cooperates .Sometimes a quick-trip is good medicine. Though there's no denying crowds can drain it all out of you. Is your daughter's family staying longer this week? Maybe they'll get some relief after the weekend rush.
No snow here, although I keep getting fooled by our backyard neighbors’ giant new snow-white privacy fence. They’re flying back to MD tonight. Hopefully the weather cooperates .
I’m not a big parade fan either but probably because these were the floats of my childhood:From Beach Club we took the bus over to MK, where our daughter and her little family had spent the morning. We met over at the People Mover which had quite a long line with multiple switchbacks. We had late lunch ADR’s at Liberty Tree Tavern, so we headed over that way to see if perhaps they could get us in sooner (15 minutes) but they could not, which was totally understandable. Meanwhile the parade was about to arrive, so we spotted a place to watch it from. I’m not a big parade fan, but it was a good way to pass the time.

I first read this as 'doesn't'. Hence the Maury joke.Yeah, Snow White does like to invade people's privacy.
I just figured Snow White was peeking through your window, so you were distracted while reading.I first read this as 'doesn't'. Hence the Maury joke.
I have to imagine it because you couldn't get me there at gunpoint that time of the year.Tis the season to lose all reason . . .(I can only imagine the mob scene at WDW this weekend, prior to Christmas, etc. Also, Hanukkah started on Dec. 2, and I think that goes for maybe 8-10 days.)
OK, what did you say to them this time? You haven't been sunbathing in the nude again have you???No snow here, although I keep getting fooled by our backyard neighbors’ giant new snow-white privacy fence.
