24, but a few of those I will eat in very specific circumstances. I will eat soy sauce with tempura, or IN peanut sauce, so I didn't include that, I also didn't include onions as I like to cook with them, but I do pick them out. But tea I will drink if I am sick and desperate for relief from a sore throat and stuffy nose...beans I will only eat as frijoles, and then only good ones...not fast food ones. Tomatoes I will eat cooked, but not raw!!

It's very good cardio exercise, and you're out in the fresh air. I've always liked it.

Dinner.
The only way to get the milkshake was with stupid add-ons. I know Mike prefers brownies to Oreos, so that’s what I got.
This is the best of the three pics I took of Mike’s salad. He was in a bit of a hurry to dig in.
Coconut shrimp. Two for me, three for Mike. Very good.
Without a hint of exaggeration, I had to take my glasses off while he ate this.
You know what happens when you start your meal with dessert? You eat less than a third of your sandwich. The avacado was gross, though Mike seemed to think it was fine. He was wrong.
I ate all my salad though.
Some kind of lava cake with Nutella. Not my cup of tea. Mike liked it though.
Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead by one hour before retiring tonight. Mike is already out. Chocolate coma, I presume.

Long story. He’s working in Whitby this weekend which is reallllly far from home, so I suggested he get a cheap room. He booked a Motel 6.
Then he got the brilliant idea that I should join him. Whitby to Brampton is marginally closer than Brampton to home; although I would have concurred anyway.
Then he decides we need a king room in a nicer hotel, halfway between Whitby and Brampton. So, here we are in a Fairfield Inn by Marriott - 40 minutes from Whitby, less than 10 mins from my Brampton office.
His thinking is that I drive 2 1/2 hours or more everyday, so I deserve the break. What can I tell ya, he loves me.
I started out trying to do something nice for him, and he turns the tables on me.
