So yup, allergic to grass, trees, pollen, and mold. Same as last time.

Two scrips for brand new meds, and shots start next Thursday. I had to pre-pay $500 for the shots, so I guess the naturopath is gonna be a no-go.

So much for Cananada's free health care, eh.

Allergy shots are prescription, a custom mixed concoction for my particular allergies.

It is what it is.

My friend and I both forgot lunch. She went down to the cafe in the building but it was closed so she went to the vending machine and came back with strawberry frosted pop tarts. I feel ill.

Pop tarts are not food. My kids love 'em.

I had thick sliced deli roasted turkey, with lettuce, mayo, and pepper, on high fibre whole grain bread. It was delicious!

Chicken and salad for dinner tonight.

Poultry and lettuce times two!

For the life of me, I cannot find my old stand by, Yoplait peach on the bottom, 50% less sugar, 0% Greek. After going to six (maybe seven) different stores, I just grabbed the only no sugar added carp I could find.

For no sugar added, it was pretty darn sweet.

LOTR is a lot like Titanic. Both end with someone tossing jewelry into an abyss.

(Only, Frodo actually scooted over & shared the rock at the end with Samwise until the eagles could save them, rather than letting him fall into the lava. Had Sam been with Rose Dawson instead, he'd be ashes by now.)
