There is a restaurant near me that makes a gnocchi with a Gorgonzola cream sauce that I love but I just can't eat the blue cheese plain.
On the Disney cruise line at the Palo brunch I had eggplant wrapped fera it was really good. The eggplant was thinly shaved and the saltiness of the feta made it pretty amazing.
Usually, I'm not a fan of eggplant. However, if it's sliced very thin (that's the key right there--thin), breaded and fried, and put with melted cheese on top and tomato sauce, I'm in!!
