I don't know - seems like a no brainer to me - can't believe they'd hacksaw and toss it so casually like that.

Which is weird since Colbert doesn't start until the fall. Maybe they hired the same construction crew as Disney and knew they needed lots of time.

I would imagine this theater has many offices involved as well. I wonder if the staff has already vacated the premises. "Clean out your desk before we toss them on the street."

Dave's production company is headquartered there as well. I wonder if that is shutting down with him since they have no future projects listed.
