Good news for @Nemo14. The Patriots are wearing white jerseys in the Super Bowl after the Falcons chose to wear their red ones. Why is this significant you ask? 11 of the past 12 Super Bowl champions have sported their away/white jerseys for the big game. The only team to wear their home/colored jersey in that span? The Packers who beat the Steelers during the 2010 season. The Patriots are 2-1 overall wearing white jerseys in the Super Bowl. The only team they lost to while wearing white jerseys in the Super Bowl? The Packers during the 1996 season.

Part of the reason I shared these facts is because I got to share how the Packers break the home jersey curse.

Even more amazing: in every odd-numbered year, the team scoring the most points has won the game.
