Went to On the Border for dinner. The food was great but we waited 45 minutes for it. It actually seemed like longer due to the annoying drunk girl at the next table who kept dropping F bombs and was loud enough to hear in the next county. I actually think she would have benefitted from a punch to the face and I'm pretty sure her friends would have thanked me if I did it.

That describes every restaurant here on holiday weekends in the summer.

I love this thread. I can post I was contemplating assault and you are all astute enough to recognize the sarcasm. I'd hate to have someone go on and on and on about how I belong in anger management therapy or something along those lines. Sometimes you just need a place to vent. Not a place to be judged. Just a place to vent.

So I got Mom into bed around 9:15. At 9:35 she was calling out for us because she thought it was time to get up. I think we're in for a long night. I'm heading for my pillow now,but you might see me posting again in a few hours...

I'd go for it if I were you. There probably isn't a deep water lake close enough to use the Yacht anyway so you don't need it and all you have to do is insist that the remaining servants work twice as hard. What are you waiting for?
You can buy a cheap rowboat and train one of the more sturdy servants to row just in case you want to water-ski or something.
