Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Hubby and I spent a solid hour today vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, and tidying bathrooms.
Add in four loads of laundry, a grocery shopping trip, a late lunch out, and I am exhausted.
Time for a quick nap, and then let's play ball.

First up though, lunch pics.
East Side Mario's. Sort of like Olive Garden, but not really.

Hubby had the chicken tetrazzini.

I had the lunch special - unlimited garlic home loaf, garden salad (sans tomatoes and croutons), and soup:

This was salad bowl number two ... after we had both dug in. Oops.

I chose the tomato soup. Wrong. Not a cream of.
Hubby finished it.

Next choice - Italian wedding soup. Aaaah, that's better.

We used to have East Side Marios here, and it was pretty decent, so we were excited to see one in Halifax just down the street from our hotel. It was nowhere near as good as we remembered.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

It's okay. I like the unlimited soup, salad, bread lunch deal.

So, about a month ago, Target offered a settlement for people who bought a certain style of sheets (made in India) from Fieldcrest--because the manufacturer's factory misrepresented the thread count. Filled out the online form with the code from the sheets, and voila!

A few days ago, Target sent me a gift card (approx. $57--as a "settlement" amount--not necessarily what I originally paid for them (rebate amounts varied by sheet size).

This morning, I was looking online at all the cool things at Target, that I'd like to buy with my dandy gift card.

Problem is, my "wish list" went WAY over $57 . . .) :cautious: What to do, what to do . . . o_O (Dang, I wish I had bought more of those sheets years ago . . .) ;)

I think you said you don't have a smartphone - but if you do - do you have the Target Cartwheel app? It's extra savings off different things - you can browse the savings online or scan barcodes in the store. For instance - they have 30% off kids clothing including pajamas today so I'll be getting my kids some new
Pjs this afternoon. I bet if you go to the website and make an account and find some discounts they would honor them if you go to customer service at the store. It's worth looking into!

My DW has a magical gift card that she uses. It comes from some place called Visa? It's magical because it doesn't have any amount written on it and it seems to automatically replenish itself! ;)
