Did you see on the news where a now ex-Deputy in Florida sent a cake to a woman he tased while off duty? I'm thinking she didn't accept the apology. I might have if it were me, depending of course on what flavor the cake was....

I just read an article in the NY Post (yes - I know - one step above the National Enquirer but I absolutely love it) about a man who was arrested because he strangled his mother. The man's name? Denzel Washington. No not that Denzel Washington. The man's mother's name? Aretha Franklin. No not that Aretha Franklin. Only in NY.

That's true - it's MOSTLY legit news but with wildly misleading headlines. The headlines are the best though. Those writers are unbelievable.

Not to play the race card too heavily into the story, but if white people start getting offered delicious treats after police encounters, I'm guessing this may not help heal current unfortunate issues plaguing the country.
