Does anyone besides me remember when Creme Filled Eclairs were actually filled with cream and not pudding? I used to love those when I was a kid. Pudding is ok, but nowhere as good as creme filled.

Could be, but, I haven't seen any for years. Besides I won't eat them because I'm still vainly attempting to lose weight. Doesn't mean I don't miss them.

That's true. There's an Italian neighborhood in the city, and their bakeries are authentic. They use the traditional creme filling in their eclairs.
