Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I have a leaking, broken toilet in the basement.
It's the macerating toilet, ergo one cannot just use a plunger. I spoke with a plumber, and he figures the entire macerating pump unit will have to be replaced.

In the meantime, I touched things. Horrible, unspeakable things. I gagged and dry heaved so hard I hurt myself.

Spaghetti with homemade sauce and garlic toast for dinner. Who's in?

Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. Hate me because I've got a big chunk of my Christmas wrapping started.

Not sure why these didn't get divvied up and distributed already.

I feel really behind now. I only have ideas of what I might get people for Christmas but no actual gifts bought yet. I thought I was doing good when I bought bro-in-laws birthday gift in June for his October birthday.:bored::)

We started without y'all.
Mine is the one with less than half the sauce.

Up close. Those big red chunks are not, repeat not, tomatoes. They would be red and orange peppers, 'cause even cooked, BIG chunks of tomato are gross.

Garlic bread, with chipotle & habanero havarti. While not crazy spicy, there was a little bit of a kick. I'm trying to tame my tastebuds and prep them for San Angel Inn and Frontera Cocina.

Hubby had seconds (and thirds) of everything.
Also of note, I have now eaten two meals at my new kitchen table.

Now to see who does the cleanup.

Frontera has delicious food, you won't be disappointed. At least I hope you won't be, I wasn't.

Depends... is there any direct connection between that last sentence and the previous ones and did you wash your hands.

First off that is Linguini and not Spaghetti. You cannot trust anyone that doesn't know their pasta's.

It is linguine. I "called" the pasta before I actually checked to see what I had on hand.

I nearly went with farfalle, but I like to keep that for shrimp and garlic pasta, or cold pasta salad.
