Oh no! I loved that show, and watched reruns, years after it went off the air. Alan Young was perfect for his role, and I'm sorry to hear that he passed away. May he RIP.

It doesn't seem like he should have been that old, however, I guess that we can conclude the Mr. Ed went to that big Talking Horse Barn in the sky many, many moons ago.

Happy Birthday, @Andrew C ! For your present, I'm attaching a picture I took in WDW the other day with my disposable camera. (At least this year, the camera store guy developed my pictures in 3 days, versus a week, like last May! )

Please note that I tilted the camera to get a "long" shot of the tree and pretty flowers, but somehow the picture came out sideways. I hope you don't mind tilting your head to the right, to get a better perspective. (Oh well, it's the thought that counts here . . . )
