Hmm . . . I think I read recently that they might also available in the new section of AK, in a pastry shop there. I'll have to check that out!! :hungry:
1/2 cup of liquor for 16 pieces of candy...that's a lot of alcohol!!
Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound milk chocolate
¼ cup espresso coffee
5 egg yolks
¼ cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
6 sheets gelatin
½ cup Kahlua Liqueur
4 cups heavy cream
¾ cup white chocolate ganache
¼ cup dark chocolate ganache
sponge cake​

I don't care for coffee nor coffee flavored anything, so I have never had one and really have intentions of trying one.

I'll try one for you, and let you know if it lived up to its delicious reputation! (Please note that often coffee is used in chocolate recipes, and you don't end up tasting the coffee. Somehow, it manages to bring out the full flavor of the chocolate.)

For example, when I was a teenager, I was a waitress in the summers. I recall that when we set up the hot fudge sauce (for dessert sundaes), we had these large cans of fudge sauce that we'd mix in close to a pot of hot coffee. It seemed really bizarre to me at the time, but that hot fudge sauce was rich and awesome!!
