I don't know where it goes, but I can show you how it went.:ROFLOL:I check the Disney.com daily for great deals, and not scared in the parks either.
:shrug:O.K. I guess I need intervention.
:sohappy:15 more days for a fix:sohappy:

I vote that we hold your intervention at the MK.:ROFLOL:

Sell out?

I spend a substantial amount of time at WDW and, to be perfectly frank, they must begin to recapitalize the entire resort or there will be serious problems in a few years. If that means allowing some of the hotel resorts to be "sold off" or managed by other companies so they can concentrate on the parks then that is what they should do. I get the sense that the scope of WDW is too broad for management to keep up with. They are going to have very serious and expensive issues otherwise IMHO.

I have been going to WDW almost every weekend for my entire life. Believe me when I say there needs to be some changes. But not to the point where they sell out. "Selling off" any resorts would be a mistake. With almost 3 billion, why would you possibly sell anything? Putting money into the parks is a good idea, but the parks are not the only thing that makes WDW what it is. Many times I go just to stay on property and not once do I visit the parks. There are too many of the wrong changes being made at the wrong times. WDW needs to think about the big picture and hold true to their roots, continuing to uphold their standards. The best part about WDW is the fact that you are completely enveloped in Disney no matter where you go unless you leave property. Everything is magical, no detail left untouched. The amount of effort that goes into everything Disney is what makes it miles above the rest. Yes, the parks could use some help, I do agree. However the magic is not only in the attractions and parks, it is in the people that make everything happen. The scope of WDW is extremely broad and there is a lot to keep up with, more than anyone ever realizes. The answer to solving that problem is not as easy as one might think. One person could not think on that large of a scale. It takes many people with years of experience and knowledge to plan out the right changes. Disney knows what they are doing and I am hopeful they do the right thing. I am with you on the fact that some changes need to be made, but what needs to be done is more than any one person can think of.
