Where do you start?

What park do you start your vacation off with?? Do you go in any specific order each time? For some reason, we try to save MK for the last day because we want that to be our lasting memory of the vacation. But do you have to hit MK first? Is it a must? What's your plan?

We usually start and finish with EPCOT but this trip we are starting at HS! We are going to catch the last day of SWW!

Usually finish with MK. We start with either Epcot or MK. Depends on dinner reservations and extended hours.

We usually have a set order on what we do and when but sometimes it changes.
Normally we:
1.) Check into hotel
2.) Hangout by the pool, get something to eat
3.) Next morning go to MK
Then the day that we leave, that morning we go to DTD.

I'd love to go to MK right when we get there, but it's not early enough to go to the park!

We usually spend the first day checking in / DTD because we just got through driving. Then we do our least favorite park first (AK), but then after that we will do HS/EPCOT or EPCOT/HS (either way) and end with MK

We schedule park days based on the crowd calendar recommendations - mainly touringplans. We usually try to do MK later in the week, since most people do it first (ie., early in the week).

We start and finish with MK, and we always ride POTC first.

We have usually spent our first day in the parks at Epcot these days as it just happens to be my sons and my hubbys favorite park.

I think it is a family tradition at this point that we go to MK first, and then I get all teary eyed at my first glimpse of the castle. Every year, I always say this time, I will be fine! Not even going to bother trying to tell myself that this year. Just bring the Kleenex, and get on with it.

For us it depends on EMHs and ADRs, but we usually do MK twice and always the last day.

Always start with MK, do IASW, then PP, followed by HM. Family tradition!

We really have no rhyme or reason. I sometimes take into account the "crowd calendar" and EMH. Other than that, it depends on ADRs ( as we don't park hop). We tend to ride Splash and BTMRR 1st when going to MK. We head for TT and then Soarin @ EPCOT.

We try to start and end at MK. I have allowed myself to relax a bit on starting at MK if the hours are much better at another park or I have to for some reason, but I still try to make sure I end at MK. I like to end each trip with that one last look at the castle down Main Street (no matter how sad that moment can be).

Usually Epcot, first ride was almost always SSE.

Lately it's been DHS first and AK last. DD loves HS so we like to hit that one first and I try to do a day off between Epcot and MK since those are looong days. We do AK last because we have to drive the next day so we don't want to get to bed too late.
