Where did disney get the animals for animal kingdom?

I'm pretty sure the seagulls on property are still wild and have not been domesticated and are regularly encouraged to return to their native grounds.

If I remember correctly the american crocodile in dinoland and the vultures in the kangaroo exhibit were from the wild and not able to be released.

As a CM at KS, all animals were in fact either from endangered areas or other zoos. We are also constantly getting and giving animals to other places. The Tommies will be going to AKL soon and we will be getting another small antelope.

They're in front of the Tree of Life. If you take the trail across from Pizzafari you can see the back side of the exhibit and a better view of them.

I know they take in some injured animals that wouldnt of made it in the wild.
