I've always thought a type of sequal to OMD, could be put in Innoventions though. Something like, "One Man's Dream: The E.P.C.O.T. Story". It would serve as the post-show to the newly relocated and updated Carousel of Progress, which would be moved to the part of Innoventions facing Imagination.
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress
I think most of the scenes are pretty selfexplanitory, I don't wanna type the script out haha but I explained the major changes.
The Queue- Serves as the preshow. Throughout the queue there are TV moniters showin the Sherman Bros and Walt playin There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, etc. There's also a history of the attraction, with a narrator (the COP Father) explaining the history of the attraction and the changes that have been made.
While in the queue, a new medley of "There's A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" and "The Best Time Of Your Life" can be heard, and lining the walls will be inspirational quotes and props of inventions throughout history, similar to the gear on the ground...
The Introduction-The theatre entrance, the introduction will be changed to explain how COP is probably one of the greatest representations of Walt's Dream, EPCOT.
The 1890's/1920's,
The 1940's/1950's,
The 1960's/70's,
The Current Finale (1980's/1990's),
The New Finale (The Future That Never Was)-As the theatre rotates for final time, A screen is lit with the final video of Walt explainin his greatest dream that was never to be, The Future That Never Was, EPCOT. As Walt is talking, the Progress City model (restored to its former glory, and located under the stage), slowly rises and lights up, and Walt's masterpeice is brought to life right in front of your eyes. The narrator the explains that through working together, there really can be "A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow". The narrator then invites us to explore the Post show, which not only shows Walt's dream in much greater detail, but also includes the 25th Anniversary Museum.
Idk if that'd really be considered a "One Man's Dream" or not, but I kinda think it is...
