Where can I find the best Tacos on property?

I don't understand why I would be attacked for asking a question. I just figured since WDW gets visitors from all over the world they would offer almost everything in multiple locations.
I knew about the tacos in Mexico and I was hoping that someone knew of another place that I haven't heard of.

Because there are some people on this site that will attack any question or comment anyone makes. I have learned quickly to tune them out. Anyway, I have only had the ones in Mexico pavillion so I can't help there. I want to try the ones in adventure land but they are always closed. I have never seen them open in all of our trips. We even went during busy season in June once and it was closed.

I think the taco salad at El Pirata Y el Perico in Adventureland is really good. But since the restaurant is seasonal, and you never know what their season is, good luck on eating there!

I love the taco's across from PoC at Magic Kingdom. You get two tacos and you can stack on the toppings. Since I can't eat fresh veggies/fruit, I pile on the cheese. My fiancee loads hers up with tons of toppings as well, or she gets a taco salad. It's our Magic Kingdom "lunch time" stop around 11am before crowds pick up. Do it right and you can watch the PoC Jack Sparrow thing they do every 30-45 mins or so on the stage.

The Mexican restaurant at Epcot has some good food. My fiancee has ate there 4-5 times and was never really impressed. I've been once in 2008, and again in 2010. I got the pig pork plate with plantains. She got the enchiladas. It was a lot better then it was two years ago, and she thought it was the best ever. Still, expensive though. Maybe go to Chevy's by hotel row. It's next to Pizzeria Uno. Lake Buena Vista, FL, 12547 State Road 535.

I know that everyone is thinking Mexico in Epcot but, where else can I gett a good Taco on property?

There is a new latin place opening in down town disney, I'm not sure if they'll be open when you get there, but maybe they'll have some sort of tacos...I'm with you, I LOVE good Mexican food, but no where on Disney property have I found any (I didn't even like the place in epcot)

do you mean paradiso 37? it features street foods from north, central, and south america. we had lunch there december 09 and it wasn't bad. some dishes were better than others but in my opinion overall it was far better than epcot mexico or the place in mk by poc. we had a trio of salsas and guacamole for appetizers (both good), one person had a pineapple bacon burger for her main course (she liked it), i had 4 small soft chicken tacos (kind of dry but the flavor was fair overall). they came with rice which i personally didn't like. just some fyi's: we were able to just walk in. they have a full bar. service was good. atmosphere fine. a bit out of the way unless you're already at dtd or don't mind taking the time out for the travel to/from the parks.

As a local, an annual passholder, and a fan of good Mexican food... the answer to this question is very simple:
There isn't a place on property that has excellent tacos.

The next best answer is Chevy's at Crossroads. Closest place to WDW for decent Mexican food.

Actually on property? El Pirata y el Perico will satisfy your taco cravings if you need a fix.

Paradiso 37 has tacos but they are garbage. :hurl:

The tostadas (just a flat hard taco) on the lunch menu at San Angel Inn are actually good. My wife and I had them a month ago and enjoyed them. (Order a side of guacamole to go with the chips! :slurp:)

Good luck, I don't think anything WDW serves should be considered 'good' or even 'passable' Mexican. It's americanized mexican, a good taco is simply corn tortilla, meat, onions and cilantro, not shredded cheese, lettuce, flour tortilla and tomatoes. :D

the meat, onion, cilantro, and corn tortilla is how they serve the soft tacos at paradiso 37. i much prefer the authentic mexican place (i hate tex-mex) we go to in our home town but paradiso 37 will do if an absolute fix is needed and you don't want to hassle with going off property...and worst case scenario you just drink more tequila.
