Ok so hubby and I got to get out with out the kiddos tonight so we though we try Red Robin(new to RI so i ts a big thing and we're not into fancy food) Well I look at a family that walked in and theguy had the greatest shirt on! It was a Brown Epcot Center shirt, the restro ones that their seling in Disney...I so much wanted to say" Oh I love that shirt" but I did'nt want to bother him and his family or embaress the hubby..... But does'nt it make you smile when you see others around you with a Walt Disney Shirt on not the generic ones that come from walmart or the disney store, but the ones that are from Disney world? Or when you see (and yes I have) the disney car decals like the family with mickey ears or mickey and pals, I really love when I see a DVC logo on a car...Yes I'm a member so makes me proud!!! Ok sorry to ramble think I had to much sugar....Just had to share and ask...Its nice to know we're all over.

I also got to think, god do you think he's(guy from Red Robin) a WDWMAGIC member? Ofcourse my smart mouth hubby says "why don't you ask him".

I did not!!!!....................Wanted to though!:)

Hmm Red Robin in RI, Gillete? or is that in Warwick now or something? (I'm from RI also) and I usually don't care and just ask the person because usually WDW fans don't mind. They are always happy to tell where they bought something, and usually have a story to go with it.

I'm not the best conversation starter, but when I see someone wearing a WDW tee outside of the park, I always say "Nice Shirt!" Give it a try next time!

We love to see the differant antenna toppers. Driving around town, we see quite a few. Our favorite is the Mickey Bar with a bite out of the ear. That one is on my car right now. Let me know how Red Robin is. I heard it open at the Warwick Mall.

A little side story....I got my driver's license renewed a couple years ago and I wore a retro Epcot shirt and the DMV worker was just enamored with it and kept talking about it and telling me Disney jokes. It was actually a pleasant experience to the DMV.

I just ask them how many times the monorail broke down while they were there.

Where I work people come through with them all the time as well as with day bags from WDW. I usually strike a convo up with them about their last trip or home resort if DVC.

I would have smiled and said nice shirt! I would think most people would appreciate it. I like to look for the window stickers too.

I would of HAD to say something to him, "Nice Shirt!"
I wore an Elvis Tee recently to the grocery and had several
folks comment how they liked my shirt. :)

We made a short trip to Tallahassee Sunday and I threw on my new WDW 40th T-Shirt and my autographed Mickey hat. The kids went nuts since they hadn't seen my new shirt (my daughter is ecstatic that Daddy has a shirt with Tinkerbell on it). Anyhow, I kinda felt like some folks were like 'Really dude, aren't you a little old for that?' If this question had acutally been asked my response would have been 'What? I'm my wife's OLDEST child!' Normally, if I see others sporting the WDW merch, I just give them the 'oh, heck yeah!' look and maybe a thumbs up.

I often feel like when I see someone with a Disney T or something special Disney and we get to talk with them it gives me the dose or Disney I need 'til my next trip. Disney fans almost always love to stop and have some great disney banter!! You'll most likely make a fast friend!!

Thats a rare experience in WI. I know it well as I just had to do it a few weeks ago. I always like to see fellow Wisconsiners on this site.

I was in Panera Bread a few months ago when I saw a woman grinning at me a few tables away. Of course I smiled back, but I was confused as to why she was so happy to see me. Then I realized she was wearing an EPCOT hoodie and I was wearing my Space Mountain t-shirt. WDW nerds unite!! :sohappy:
