Hey howdy hey -

I have a trip planned to the world in Mid September really to do Food & Wine in peace with low crowds. However, it seems that not all of the Food & Wine Booths are open and some are still "Coming this Fall." Do we know if and when they will open?

Looking forward to eating around the world!

I haven’t seen or heard an exact date, it will
most likely be dictated by attendance projections. There are a few booths (Alps, the Caribbean and possibly Spain(?))that open on the weekends right now, perhaps they’ll continue to add more in this fashion if needed. I will tell you though I’ve been able to visit about 5 times since EPCOT has reopened and it has been great! Very low crowds, but still enough people around in the evenings to make the place feel alive. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!

Technically Disney started "Food and Wine" when Epcot reopened.
That's about the best answer you'll get from anything official.
My guess is that had the parks not closed it would have started last weekend or this weekend.
There are plenty of food options from Flower and Garden still and a number of items would have likely been identical to Food and Wine.
They will likely be transitioning over with more Food and Wine style options soon.

Prepare to be disappointed by Food and Wine this year. Due to the lower crowds, they're not preparing food items daily, and some items don't deal well with being reheated.

Skip the lobster and most meat dishes. Also, the beers they're serving tasted mostly oxidized.

The Mac & Cheese was the best thing there.

The escargot in France was good. A little different presentation than previous years. Was in a circular pastry as opposed to the flaky croissant of years past. Was turned off initially, but it was pretty good. Kind of a strange feel at Rose and Crown with the windows. Almost dare I say a QS beer place (Which it for the most part has always been - but not with the defined lines).

Interesting that you were disappointed. The vloggers I have watched have all enjoyed most everything they have gotten. One of them in particular said a few of the repeat options from prior years he had were much better this time. Maybe you just unfortunately had bad timing.

Vloggers are known for their objective, purely straight shooting opinions 😳

I thought the opening and closing of the booths had to deal w the permits for each booth expiring after 90 days or something like that?

So some would close but then others would open...
