when to go help plz!!!!

I have a question about when to go. My wife and I can go anytime after may 12 2006 but i would prefer to fly out on a sat do to time off from work . But anyway when do you think? i was going for may 13- 19 or june 3-9 2005. which (from your own or known trip would be the best? i have done checked flight and room prices and they are both the same on all the dates so money isnt a factor. how ever crowds weather etc..... are so anyone help me with some input on this thanks a million jeremy & angie :wave: also does anyone remember any discounts or specials during these or close to dates? i seen a site on here someone posted that listed previous discounts does anyone know the site?

I was there in the same time frame in May last year. Crowds were never really bad. I think longest wait was 20 minutes +/-. Weather was great (80's in the day) Only 1 minor rain shower that didn't last long. I prefer May as most US kids are still in school.

Probably will go back same week in 2006. It's the DW birthday week and it fits our schedules.

Hi J & A:

I went last May (2005) during the first week and the crowds were extremely low. We never needed to use Fast Pass. I would definitely go the 2nd week of May instead of the time period in June. Remember a lot of schools let out the end of May. No one takes their kids out of school in May because of final exams, etc. May is a beauitiful time of year to go. In fact, I am planning to go back in early May again this coming year! Plus the weather is really great in May! Not too hot yet!

I've gone twice over the time period in May you mentioned. My family & I really enjoyed it then because the crowds weren't really bad & there was little or no wait time for the rides. We even got priority seating for dinner when we got to the park in the morning. I've never gone in June, so I can't help you with that, but going in May is really nice.

Welcome to the Boards! The first week/weekend in June is a bit busy due to Gay Days at Disney. If you arent bothered by the event and/or crowd level...give it a try..... I'll be there....:wave:

I would suggest May. I went there last May and it was the best time. We had a blast, the crowds were there, but not terrible, and the weather was warm, but not too terribly bad.

May or June?

I went May 4 - 7 and June 24-28 this year and found the crowds beginning to build more in June. However, crowds were higher than I expected in May but I attribute that to 05-05-05 and all the media that descended on the parks. (NOTE: Huge events like that are not so much aimed at the guests as they are the media for the mileage Disney gets out of that. My mistake so I won't do that again).

It was beginning to get down right hot in June relatively speaking as it was hitting the low 80s that week but the Florida humidity was cranking up.

I live in Tennessee and we have hot humid summers too but remember Florida is in the tropical climate.

If I could choose only one I'd chose May and check the events calendar and try to avoid anything they are staging.
