When should i apply for Career Start Fall 09'

Hey guys,

Question for ya i applied for the fall program and when i called to check on my app i was told that i needed to reapply at a later date b/c they werent accepting applications for fall yet only the spring program. So when should i reapply so i can get my app in early on as i reallllly want lifeguarding. OH! also how much of a demand does that department have? like is it heavily desired?

I cant answer your question about lifeguarding, but I can suggest that you check the Career Start website every day or every couple of days for when it says the fall 2009 app & e-presentation are up. I applied for the Fall 2008 Career Start program in late March, but by the time I applied, several people had already gotten letters offering them positions. I would think that the apps should be being accepted by sometime in January. I dont know for sure though, its just a guess as to when they'll be accepting them again.

I believe CS applications should go up late Jan/early Feb.
