When does Soarin' reopen?

They're currently saying early June, but sometimes projects fall behind so I'd expect summertime most likely!

The signs in EPCOT and the Land pavilion says Soarin' will reopen its gates Summertime 2016. So take that as you will.

Over my years here, I have found countless examples where new threads on the same subject generate new information because things are shown chronologically and many older untouched threads are no longer as relevant because they haven't been updated.

Nope. It will be a completely new film. No more CA.

This probably means absolutely nothing, but I was looking at hours for my upcoming June trip on the Disney site and Soarin' is listed as "under refurbishment" until 6/1, when it switches to being categorized as "schedule unavailable." Again, probably nothing, but possibly an indication of targeting re-opening in June, but not wanting to commit to it in case of delays.

Me, too. Our trip is 6/1 - 6/6. I am not going to hold my breath that it will be open, though.

Shanghai Disneyland Park is scheduled to open on June 16,2016. So don't think you are going to see it open before then. I would say they will wait 2 weeks after that, July 1,2016.

If I had to guess, July at the earliest. Only because it seems to me like a ton of stuff always runs long at Disney as far as refurbs and new rides etc. I think a lot of it has to depend on how quickly they can upgrade the current spaces as I would assume the new one is close to if not done already. Or at least they plan on the one space only taking a few more months to complete.
