hi we are traveling on the Disney dream on the 9th feb 15 round the Bahamas for 4 nites. Originally we had a standard inside state room on the floor 7. Have sorted a upgrade to a catergory 5b deluxe oceanview room with verandah for £150.00 extra. The only problem is cant pick the stateroom it is assigned to us nearer the cruise. We go in 3 weeks when do people normally hear what room number you have, the lady who booked it also said if no state rooms of that catergory are available we will be put in the next catergory up for no extra fee as paid for 5b so can not drop in class to lower stateroom catergory. Is this true and has it happened to anybody else. Thankyou in advance cant wit super excited for our 5th wedding anniversary trip.
