When do Christmas decorations go up?

I'm sure this has been asked, but I didn't see an answer in my search. Does anyone know exactly when the decorations go up in the parks?

Thanks for any help.

Considering the first MVMCP is November the 7th then I would say at the latest the night before.

You also have the osborne lights that are meant to be coming back that normally go on around the 9th November.

Epcot is normally near thanksgiving.

Thanks everybody. I was sort of hoping that somebody knew the exact dates. Does Disney announce the dates ahead of time?

Publicly, nope. MK will start to switch over right after the last MNSSHP. The resorts and other parks will trickle through, with pretty much full completion prior to Thanksgiving. I have seen someone post a shot of an internal CM schedule before, but it was a few years old, so slightly tweaked. But things like weather and other events can have an impact on what goes up when. A good timeline for the parks is when they start to have holiday events. DHS will most likely be decorated prior to Osborne Lights, AK may be an oddball if they don't have the Jingle Jungle Parade this year, Epcot tends to be last since Candlelight and storytellers don't start til right around Thanksgiving.

Christmas decorations at the Walt Disney World Resort usually begin going up around the first of November. The decorations are gradually added at night and are substantially complete at Magic Kingdom by the time of the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (in 2013, that was November 8), with the resorts and other parks completed by the day after Thanksgiving. The decorations usually start coming down about January 3.
The Disney resorts are all decorated for the holidays, as are the theme parks. Each theme park will have an enormous decorated Christmas tree and so will the Deluxe resort lobbies.
