When did u know u were obsessed with WDW?

We first visited in 1992 and have been going every year since.
We bought into the Vacation club and became Disneyland Paris Resort
shareholders-- You`ll love the Stunt show.
Our home is littered with Disney "stuff" and I collect Disney books-- my latest one is "The Gospel According To Disney"-- anyone read it yet?

so just because I come to this website everyday, I listen to disney park music, I get excited when a new ride opens, I go to sleep every night after I walk around MK in my head, when people say bad stuff about disney im appauled, read every disney book I can find, and go im going to college so I can be a theme park manager, doesnt meen a I have an obsession, does it??

the first step is admitting.

Well Ive always like disney but I figured I had an obsession out about 5 years ago. I helped my family plan a trip, found this website, found others, and just fell in love, and try to stay connected. Now im going to College and becoming a theme park manager hopefully for disney. So my life is going to connect to my obsession, and my lack of spelling stuff correctly.

Always been a fan since i was 2! I guess i really became obsessed at 5, then i started to go to counseling...JK!! ok, lol, although i love disney to my hearts content im moving away from materialistic disney because i just got in HS and i still have a mickey bedroom set...so this summer im moving into a bigger room with no disney themeing...awwe i will miss it...

The first time we went my youngest daughter was 2 and my oldest was 7 as we walked onto Main Street and the Castle came into view the look on my girls faces got me. We all became addicted right then and there.

You know when you are obsessed when you go this website abbbbbbbbbbbbbout 10 times a day....and when you think of a vacation your like DISNEY...no other place pops into your head. You cry because somebody stole your mickey ears of your car atenna :lookaroun When I want to watch a movie my friends refer to me as miss disney...and knowing the whole park better than your college campus...haha I can tell you exactly where let's say Muppet's 4-d is but i can't tell you where the music building is on my campus

it probably started with my cinderella costume,then when i got an old guidebook from a thrift store.lol.and my grandma took me to the disney store,and the movies....and i watched the old mickey mouse club (black & white version)
at night.

I timed it yesterday and I spent a total 8 hrs. and 37 minutes reading post here and looking at other Disney sites. I didn't spend 8 hrs. non stop but I did go from 11pm - 5am (6 hrs) just looking at this forum and other Disney sites. I think thats a little much but I love every minute of it.

I need a life. :lol:

Hmmm when we got mine it was already pretty worn, second-hand, so it may have had a satin edge at one point. I dragged it along behind me everywhere though so it got really tattered, we kept having to fold the edges over and sew a new hem into it. Now it's all scraggly again.
Did yours have Pooh floating with the balloon and bees? That's what mine has.

Mine's still on the bed, in all it's ratty, transparent glory.
