What is the penalty for cancelling over 75 days out??

Just your deposite?

May be cancelling or postponing

If I cancel a cruise over the 75 day mark I get back all payments including my deposit per person??

yes... just like WDW with the 45 day - if you cancel before 45 days, you get it all back; under 45 days, you can be hit with a $200 penalty.

Airfare and insurance can be exceptions.

If booked with DCL, yes, as it's considered part of your total fare.

IF booked with DCL - Port Excursions, pre-paid trips, etc would be refunded too.

Only insurance is non-refundable. Airfare has its own rules.
