Ok, I'm so proud of myself this morning I just had to post my accomplishment. We are buying annual passes this year because we are going 3 times within the 12 month period. As you know, these things are crazy expensive, so we've been spreading out our expense over 4 months. I noticed when I registered our AP on the AP website that there was a AP discount for HHI during the period when we are going next month. So I called and they applied the AP discount to our upcoming trip. With the AP discount we were able to save $200 on our HHI trip! So essentially we paid $419 for the annual pass (with our DVC discount), then got back $200 with the AP discount for our trip next month. And the best thing is they just left it on our reservation to pay for all our expenses at the resort.

Now if I could just find out whether or not I passed my comprehensive exams for the Phd program, this might be the perfect day.

Actually, I am completely worthless. I spent all day at school examining every detail of MK, HWS, and AK maps. And reading the Disney food blog. Then when I literally had nothing else to read/examine, I started watching reruns of my favorite sitcoms on ABC online. My professor who holds my results emailed me today and I opened the email with complete panic at FINALLY getting to see the verdict. Her email was seriously to ask me about the name of our favorite waiter at a local restaurant. SERIOUSLY?! :brick:

I do know that I passed my main field (international relations), but the second field (political theory) is still up in the air.
