What's your favourite place to relax, and take in the magic?

In MK I usually hang out in the rose garden. The one time I got to go to the park alone, I just hung out with my camera and it was lovely. TTA is also the greatest.

But in Epcot it's the UK Pavilion for sure. We usually sit in the table area next to the Rose & Crown for an hour or two before Illuminations.

But I agree, since we go to the parks every year, I love that there's no rush to see and do things!

The TTA for a late-night ride

The Liberty Belle for a late afternoon or early evening escape from the MK madness

Gran Fiesta Tour - nice, big front of the boat to kick your feet up on

The Land Pavilion - just looking out over the handrail at the crowds below, soaking it all in

The Japanese gardens at World Showcase

The Frontierland boardwalks

Lots of them in MK, and to be honest I wish I took more time to chill out at them:

- Sitting on the bench in front of that store that sells a lot of candy in Frontierland. You hear the musical loop, you see Splash Mountain to your left, Thunder Mountain. You see Liberty Belle Riverboat in front of you and you just chill.

- For some reason I never ate in Pinocchio's Village Haus until my last visit. I loved it. Nice view on the patio, really lets you get a good view of Fantasyland.

Call me crazy, but I always loved that small secluded area on the other side of the Skyway building in Tomorrowland; it just feels so out of the way. Caribbean Plaza also has a few spots that are nice and quiet to chill out in.

My favourite place in all of WDW to relax.....Typhoon Lagoon! I know the water parks don't quite deliver the same Disney magic as the main parks in WDW, but it is honestly the most relaxation we get during a typical 10 day stay. Nothing beats floating along the lazy river for a lap or two or just laying on a chair soaking in the warm, Florida sun; especially when you know it is snowing like crazy and freezing cold back home while you are doing it!:D

When we are in the main parks, we are usually going non-stop for some reason. We always say we are going to relax more next trip, but seldom ever do. Don't get me wrong...we might spend an afternoon laying around the pool in the 50's section at Pop Century or sitting outside of Ghirardelli's in DTD at night enjoying a delicious ice cream and people watching, but when we hit the parks, we usually stay pretty busy with the attractions and that. If I did have to pick a spot in a park though, it would definitely have to be over by Aloha Isle in Adventureland at night enjoying a Dole Whip float! :slurp:

MK - Riding around on WDWRR and TTA. Both are good ways to get off your feet for a while and watch the sights of the MK go by.

Epcot - Lots of places in WS but the ones I usually gravitate to are sitting around inside the Mexican pavilion with a margarita from La Cava del Tequila. It's cool and dark in there, like a different world. Also, I enjoy sitting out by the fountains in front of the French pavilion.

DHS - Hard to find a relaxing place here IMHO, but I have managed to have a quiet moment or two enjoying a Corona and a solo dinner sitting at the Tune In Lounge.

DAK - Beautiful park, so lots of places here. My most zen moment has probably been sitting at the tables behind Flame Tree Barbecue. Nice little steam of running water to listen to with a lovely view of Everest.

Outside the parks ... anywhere around Wilderness Lodge is peaceful. I also love the Yacht/Beach Club resort area.
