My actual favorite of the ones I've been to was the Hollywood Brown Derby. I loved the atmosphere, the service, the food. Everything was excellent!
I accidentally said Flying Fish. The reason I wouldn't rate it as the best is because the chef refused to give me dessert based on a yeast sensitivity I have. He swore that the desserts may have come into contact with other foods containing yeast and refused to acknowledge that I am not fully allergic and can handle contact with yeast.
Artist Point was okay, but the waitress talked way too much. She spent probably 30 minutes of our meal at our table talking to us. We would have preferred to talk amongst ourselves.
Narcoossee's was decent, but I honestly felt out of place. It was much to fancy for me.
I would really love to try Jiko. All of the other AKL restaurants were spectacular, so I can't imagine Jiko would be any different.
I have to agree for the exact same reasons. However, trying WL this year, we may have to try Artist PointNarcoosee's has never failed us. The food has always been great. But there is a reason beyond the food for us. We stay at the Poly and the return walk along the lagoon shore after dark is really magical especially when the fireworks start. Great way to end our trip.
