My DD and her fiance' just booked their honeymoon and need help with deciding a signature dining restaurant. Please vote for your favorite as we have never been to a signature dining place. Thanks!

My actual favorite of the ones I've been to was the Hollywood Brown Derby. I loved the atmosphere, the service, the food. Everything was excellent!

I accidentally said Flying Fish. The reason I wouldn't rate it as the best is because the chef refused to give me dessert based on a yeast sensitivity I have. He swore that the desserts may have come into contact with other foods containing yeast and refused to acknowledge that I am not fully allergic and can handle contact with yeast.

Artist Point was okay, but the waitress talked way too much. She spent probably 30 minutes of our meal at our table talking to us. We would have preferred to talk amongst ourselves.

Narcoossee's was decent, but I honestly felt out of place. It was much to fancy for me.

I would really love to try Jiko. All of the other AKL restaurants were spectacular, so I can't imagine Jiko would be any different.

Thanks and I will pass the info onto my daughter. We were at WDW when you were there for your Disneymoon. I was looking forward to your posts of your trip but I got so sick a couple days into the trip and was still sick for a couple of weeks after so I missed all your posts! :( I am glad you enjoyed Boma. It is at the top of the list for both breakfast and dinner for us. She can't wait to take her new husband there!

MY order of best to worst is as follows, just MHO;
California Grill
Yachtsman
Jiko
Flying Fish
Citrico's
Hollywood Brown Derby
Le Cellier
Narcoosee's
Artist Point

Haven't been to M.Paul

I would recommend V&A and Shula's to anyone over the above list if they can afford it.

Narcoosee's has never failed us. The food has always been great. But there is a reason beyond the food for us. We stay at the Poly and the return walk along the lagoon shore after dark is really magical especially when the fireworks start. Great way to end our trip.

I have to agree for the exact same reasons. However, trying WL this year, we may have to try Artist Point ;)

I voted for Jiko because it has been consistently great in every way and is in such a great setting with a nice dining room, but I wish that I could have voted for a 'tie' for California Grill, because I absolutely love it there too!

Le Cellier is dark inside, and kinda romantic I think. i really enjoyed the filet mignon.
Flying Fish is my 2nd choice. It's more open, but the food is delicious and we had a great waiter!:)

I love so many of those restaurants but my vote went to Narcoossee's. We had such a stand out meal there in November that it has moved to the top of my favorite signature restaurants list. That title used to belong to the California Grill but the food at Narcoossee's was just too delicious not to win my vote.

Congratulations to your daughter!! :D
